For families, it’s the perfect solution for carrying kids bikes with 16”–20” tires that are too short to reach the rack’s lower crossbar. The adaptor mounts easily and provides a secure anchor point so smaller bikes can be strapped down safely and confidently. It also works in reverse for longer bikes, such as cargo bikes or certain e-bikes, where the rear tire extends past the crossbar—simply install the adaptor in the opposite orientation to catch and support the tire.
